Carecloud does not care about shareholders only care about share buyers. Proof: just look at common CCLD. Now they are manipulating the market for prefferres. How? Doing nothing or slowely selling some at open market. Why? Sell at $25 buy back at $1. The dividen is not at risk but they dont want to pay it or buy back at par. Stupid game played so many times. Tbe end result is zero ability to loan $ when needed. They just dried up their well. In few years without access ti capital they will file for BK.
