Something seriously shady has to be going on with this company. They have one of the best occupancy rates in the space, while also charging more than the competition. I have stayed at many of their properties and on the retail level its always a great experience, yet they are definitely on the high end of prices. How can they possibly be losing this much money quarterly? Did the founders and original money players sell immediately into thw pump and dump scam, or did they hold on while they bankrupt it?
