Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Trade, Property and Infrastructure sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index rose 0.04%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Lippo Securities Tbk (JK:LPPS), which rose 16.67% or 24 points to trade at 168 at the close. Meanwhile, Eureka Prima Jakarta Tbk (JK:LCGP) added 13.73% or 70 points to end at 580 and Supra Boga Lestari Tbk (JK:RANC) was up 10.74% or 29 points to 299 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Sunson Textile Manufacturer (JK:SSTM), which fell 10.00% or 6 points to trade at 54 at the close. Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk (JK:BTEK) declined 10.00% or 150 points to end at 1350 and Bank Qnb Indonesia Tbk (JK:BKSW) was down 9.86% or 35 points to 320.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 158 to 152 and 39 ended unchanged.
Shares in Sunson Textile Manufacturer (JK:SSTM) fell to all time lows; down 10.00% or 6 to 54. Shares in Bank Qnb Indonesia Tbk (JK:BKSW) fell to 52-week lows; down 9.86% or 35 to 320.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.23% or 0.11 to $46.79 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 0.71% or 0.35 to hit $49.43 a barrel, while the December Gold contract rose 1.76% or 19.70 to trade at $1136.70 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.38% to 14370.0, while AUD/IDR rose 0.26% to 10361.50.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.32% at 94.32.
