Irving Resources Inc. (Irving) is a Canada-based junior exploration company with a focus on gold in Japan. The Company, through its subsidiary, Irving Resources Japan GK, holds mining and exploration projects in Japan. The Company’s lead project is the Omu project, which is located in the town of Omu on Japan’s northern island of Hokkaido. The project is comprised of an approximately 2.98 Square kilometer (km2) Omui mining license and around 56 prospecting licenses covering an additional 171.38 km2. It has an approximately 5.2 km2 Yamagano mining license, site of historic high-grade gold vein mining, located in southern Kyushu. It also holds four mineral prospecting licenses immediately east of the Yamagano mining tenement. Irving's other projects include Utanobori, Shimokawa, Engaru, Eniwa, Noto and Satsuma. The Utanobori project covers over 121.55 km2 of prospecting license applications located approximately 30 kilometers (km) northwest of the Omu Project.
